Return Policy for Books

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if the item you received has been misprinted, damaged during transit, or is defective, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please fill out a book return request form. After receiving an email confirming that your request has been accepted, place the item securely in its original packaging, and the return form provided (a printable PDF of your return form will be provided in the confirmation email), then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

Please Note

  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received.

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

  • Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

  • We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse.

  • We do not refund orders on used items.
