On Demand Coaching program
Ever wish you could “pick my brain” about a quick question or get help with an emergency situation without having to schedule an appointment? With on-demand coaching, you can do just that and send your questions or issues at your convenience through text or voice message.
Standard hours of availability are 9 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday, though I am often available earlier or later and will respond within a couple of hours to 24 hours later. Weekends are not considered office hours, but I will typically check and respond to messages once per day.
