In our busy lives, sometimes it's easy to miss the small, wondrous details around us. This can happen to me too, as I often flit back and forth from art ideas and coaching appointments to working on consulting projects and keeping up with all the business stuff involved in all of it.
However, I do my best to stop and notice the beauty around me during daily walks, runs and/or bike rides, and eating most of my meals outside. Feeling the sun, wind, and rain on my skin helps me stay grounded and refreshed more than most anything else.

Recently, I've had a "friend" join me for brunch. Sitting atop a tall tree at the end of my driveway, this gorgeous bird has totally entranced me. Though originally I thought it was a black-faced hawk, I am now pretty certain it is an osprey.

At first, I was disappointed it wasn't a hawk. Not sure why...I guess hawks are more familiar and just sound cool. But then I had an urge to look up some symbolic meanings of osprey, and it really resonated.
Check it out here.
In particular, this section about the osprey sounded like me. "Even when the sun is bright and blinding, Osprey sees its way clear to reaching its destination, never flinching in its certainty that it’s heading in the right direction. Osprey’s symbolism and meaning include goal-orientation and having blind faith in your ability to achieve greatness."

Like many others, I don't always know where my path is taking me. However, I do feel certain it is leading me to exactly the right place.

My faith is not limited to me. I also believe in you. I know that you have everything inside of you to be a success, whatever that means to you. If you need some help finding it, or getting clarity on the path you're taking, I'm here to help.
