Allowing "Failure" to Become a Foundation

One of my challenges when doing art is that I don't know when something is finished. Perhaps it never is, and I just have to decide it's good enough for now. 🌈

Although my original intention for this piece was to add lines, I think I would have been happy if it had just been the colors underneath. However, once I put a few lines on there, I realized I wanted more, and I decided to keep going.🚆

Life and business are like that sometimes. You think you're through with something, ready to walk away. You might even look at it as a failure. Then, after some space, you see it with new eyes and realize there is more to do. That you can take a foundation you lovingly built and use it to create something completely different than what you originally intended🌟

In doing this, we also have the opportunity to enjoy the extra work and effort - to find joy and satisfaction in it. We can choose to be grateful for the spaces we see still to be filled in rather than grumbling about how nothing is ever finished.

Is there something in your business that feels like it's unfinished or perhaps appears to be a "failure"? How might you use it as a starting point for a new vision or as a foundation for something yet to be imagined?
One of the benefits of working with a coach (me or someone else) is the detached perspective we can bring to your unfinished projects and ideas that didn't quite come to fruition. An outsider's perspective can also see the gaps that need to be filled and where lines are needed to connect the dots and finish the picture. Let me know if I can help color in some of the vision you have for your business!
